I started Kramer Research in 2001, with more than 20 years of market research experience incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research. I have worked with various audiences, including:
• Consumers
• Business decision makers
• Key influencers and stakeholders
• Health care audiences (Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, other Health Care Professionals, and Patients)
• Employees
• Volunteers
During my career, I spent considerable time on both the client side and the agency side of the research business. Prior to forming Kramer Research, LLC, I was Senior Vice President, Director of Research Services for FCB (now the Tierney Agency) in Philadelphia, and Senior Vice President, Director of Research at Earle Palmer Brown in Philadelphia. Earlier in my career, I spent 11 years in New York City at BBDO, Worldwide and NBC, News Audience Research. This experience enables me to view projects from the client’s perspective, with a true understanding of the needs and expectations of those who make research decisions. Among the blue-chip national and regional clients with whom I have worked are Aramark, Campbell Soup Company, Comcast, Delta Airlines, Du Pont, Florida Lottery, Gillette, Home Box Office, Independence Blue Cross, New Jersey Lottery, New Jersey Transit, Omni Hotels, PECO/Exelon, Pennsylvania Lottery, Pizza Hut, Pillsbury, Roy Rogers Restaurants, SEPTA, Sunoco, Temple University, Walt Disney Company, Wawa Food Markets, and Wyeth- Ayerst.
I am passionate about research and love helping my clients gain the knowledge and understanding they need to make informed business decisions.
When you choose Kramer Research, I am the person you work with throughout the entire process: from learning about your needs and developing a research approach and proposal, to creating the questionnaire, survey or topic guide, and through managing the data collection, analyzing the data, and preparing the written summary of the findings, the relevant and meaningful conclusions, and the research-based insights.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University where I also pursued graduate studies in Media Research and Theory. I am a member of QRCA and have served as an Adjunct Professor in Marketing Research at Rutgers University, Camden, NJ. I have also served as a guest lecturer at Temple University, Rutgers University and Rowan University.
